The Melton School of Stephen Wise Temple Center for Jewish Life has been honored with the 2016 Florence Melton Award. In sharing the news of the award, the CEO of Melton, Judy Mars Kupchan, wrote that “Among our 50 schools, this is a very coveted recognition in tribute to the outstanding model that you have created at Stephen Wise Temple.”

The Florence Melton School of Adult Jewish Learning is a world pioneer in the field of adult Jewish education, offering a first-class curriculum created by scholars and educators at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

There are 50 Melton Schools throughout the United States, as well as Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, and South Africa, attended weekly by 4,000 students.
