Wise Team (and walk with The Academy, WOW, W Group, or the congregation-at-large). | Sunday, April 18 | 9 a.m. | Warner Center Park in Woodland Hills | | | Calling all Medical Professionals and Willing Volunteers | Remote Area Medical (RAM), a volunteer-driven charity that provides free care to uninsured, underinsured, and needy individuals throughout the United States, is returning to LA. Rabbi Stern and several dentists and doctors volunteered at the event this past summer, and had an unbelievable experience. Perhaps you remember the description of the event in Rabbi Stern's High Holy Day sermon! Doctors, nurses, dentists and just untrained volunteers, like Rabbi Stern, can all find a role attending to the dire needs of the most desperate among us. Let's see if we can get a huge contingent to attend the RAM LA event. | Sunday, May 2 | LA Sports Arena | | | Wishing Safe Travels for Our Wise AIPAC Delegates | Over 150 members of our Wise community will be a part of one of the largest synagogue delegations at this year’s AIPAC Policy Conference, the preeminent gathering for pro-Israel activists.
