Adam Deckel is a Los Angeles native who grew up in a traditional Jewish home, where a love for Israel was stressed. He was fortunate to have had the privilege to celebrate his Bar Mitzvah at the Kotel in Jerusalem. While at Beverly Hills High School, he became interested in athletics which led to his enthusiasm for physical conditioning.
