The Elementary School provides a vibrant, dynamic approach to Judaism and Jewish life. The School emphasizes a liberal approach to holidays, rituals, and communal worship, the important role of the Hebrew language, knowledge and appreciation of Jewish texts, and a commitment to Israel. Students are taught the importance of learning and living Jewish ethical values particularly tzedakah (charity), gemilut hasadim (good deeds), and social justice, and how they relate to daily life - both in and out of School.
