The Max Hess Library has over 3,000 books, providing a rich resource of age-appropriate literature for ECC children and teachers. A cozy and exciting place, the library presents endless opportunities for enrichment and instilling a love of reading. The children visit The Max Hess Library with their class on alternate weeks where they are read to by parent volunteers, learn basic library skills, and are able to check out books to take back to their classrooms. A more complete collection of books through parent donations is in the works.
