Women's Varsity and JV Volleyball Tournament 

The one-day Volleyball tournaments are held in the Hollander Gymnasium at Milken. The Varsity tournament is scheduled on the second Thursday in October and the JV Tournament is the first week in November. Each tournament has eight participating schools. Teams compete in two pools of four teams in round-robin play of rally scoring to 15 points. Pool play determines the playoffs for the third and fourth consolation and championship games. The championship game changes to a two out of three, first to 25 points format. Over the seven years of the tournament more than 20 schools have competed in the tournament.

Men's Varsity Basketball Tournament 

The four-day Varsity basketball tournament is held in the Hollander Gymnasium at Milken. The Varsity tournament is scheduled during the last week in November and the first week in December. 

Each tournament has eight participating schools. Teams compete in two pools of four teams in round-robin play. The winners of the pools play in the Championship game and there are playoffs for the third, fifth, and seventh place teams on the last day of the tournament.
