Howard Coale has a lifetime of teaching and coaching experience, which he brings with passion to Milken Community Middle and High Schools. He taught Physical Education and was the Athletic Director at The Buckley School. He also spent 13 years as the Department Chair of Physical Education and Athletic Director at the Chadwick School in Palos Verdes.

Coach Coale is the Upper School Head Varsity Girl's Soccer coach, Assistant Varsity Baseball coach and at the Middle School he coaches flag football. He is also the Equipment Manager for MCHS Athletics ensuring that all of our classes and teams have the correct equipment and uniforms for all classes and games.
