Head Coach Lisa Steenport has created a volleyball power. The team is a perennial Heritage League championship contender and repeatedly advances deep into postseason play. Well, the next great Wildcat volleyball player is currently dominating the opposition on the Freshman/Sophomore team.

Congratulations to L. Evans, the freshman sensation whose outstanding play this last week was essential in guiding Coach Amy Stirling’s squad to a 3-0 record with victories over Pacific Hills, Downey Calvary Chapel and Pasadena Poly. Among her highlights was a 17 consecutive serve streak that sealed the victory against Pacific Hills.
